This property has absolute beach frontage and is situated on the western side of Rarotonga with magnificent tropical sunsets. Our Brunch Cafe  provides delicious meals from breakfast to afternoon tea.

We cater especially for couples seeking romance, complete relaxation and privacy.  Our no children policy ensures peace and quiet.

The Deluxe Studio's are configured with 1x king size bed a bathroom with clear glass enclosure shower and high quality cane furniture. Insect screens cover all windows and a ranchslider opens out onto a large private covered veranda and sun deck which overlooks the swimming pool and lagoon. 

Enjoy beautiful sunsets, right on the edge of the lagoon.  Perfect for honeymooners or those celebrating a special anniversary.

Sunhavens 1Bedroom Beachfront Bungalows' are designed to be fully self-catering and feature fully equipped  modern kitchens. These rooms are configured with 1x King size bed and 2x Single beds and can take up to 4 people.

The One Bedroom Beachfront Suites are large and have a spacious interior but also with great outdoor living area. The large private covered verandah and sun deck has been designed especially for having those friends over for late afternoon drinks while watching the sun go down in a blaze of gold.

These rooms are fully self contained, the bedroom consists of 1x Kingsize bed and 2x single beds in the living area.
