There are 22 rooms to choose from ranging from units with a view of the lagoon, units located amongst lush tropical gardens and water ways, or villas surrounded by fresh water ponds and water lillies with the majestic Mount Ikurangi as a backdrop. All units are fully self-contained and have seperate bedrooms with spacious lounge area and verandah.

There are two Garden Units which are set alongside the pool and amongst lush tropical gardens. These rooms have one king bed (they can be split into single beds when required) in a seperate room, plus two single beds in the lounge area. The Garden Units are great for families of four. Cots and high chairs are available on request at no extra charge.

The Water Garden Villas enjoy a spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen. They are perfect for honeymooners or those just wanting some privacy and seclusion. The Villas have one king beds and can also fit a daybed in the lounge area.

Honeymooners receive a complimentary upgrade from a Seaview Unit to a Watergarden Villa.
