Each villa has a private verandah, cooking facilities, seperate bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities and feature a, rarely seen elsewhere, fully stocked larder (cupboard) which guests can use (fees apply). The larders are stocked with dairy food, beverages, and packaged and tinned food. The villas have varying bedding configurations that can accommodate up to 6 people.
All Atiu Villa's Standard Villas have a small kitchen with a well stocked pantry, for which you pay for what you use. The Standard Villas are spacious and can sleep up to three adults comfortably. There is a deck of polished timber.

The family Villa is ideal for a small family of up to two adults and two children, or four adults travelling together. The villa has kitchen facilities with a pantry stocked with a variety of canned foods as well as eggs, cheese and crackers. There is also a selection of alcoholic beverages available. This is convenient as you don't have to make constant trips to the nearest store. You pay for what they use at the local store prices.
