Atiu Villas are unique in that the villas are made of local native timbers and materials and feature the polished woods of mango, coconut, christmas nut, acacia, cedar, java plum and many other tropical trees.
Atiu Villas has five self-contained units and one family unit situated on the outskirts of the central villages on Atiu. The location provides a quiet and relaxing environment surrounded by wild tropical gardens and a new swimming pool.

Atiu Villas has added a new fresh water pool, a great spot to cool off after a hot sunny day.
Atiu Island is not commercial and to counter its lack of facilities Kura's Kitchen and Bar provides evening meals, except for Sundays. This is the perfect to mingle with other guests.
Your friendly hosts, Roger and Kura, can arrange eco-tours, fantastic cave exploration, fishing, traditional tumunu encounters, bird watching, coffee and historical tours. If you want your own space and time there are rental bikes and vehicles so that you can explore the trails, the secluded beaches and the Makatea by yourselves.
